Terms of Service

Welcome to Turintel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual assistant services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Turintel provides virtual administrative and logistics assistant services as described on our website and in individual client agreements. The specific tasks will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of any work. We reserve the right to decline any task that is illegal, unethical, or outside our scope of expertise.

2. Payment and Billing

Hourly Services: Services provided on an hourly basis will be billed at the rate specified in your agreement. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.

Project-Based Services: Services provided for a fixed project fee will be detailed in a specific scope of work document. 50% of the project fee is due upfront, with the remainder due upon completion.

Invoicing: Invoices for hourly work are sent on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, as agreed. All invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to invoices more than 14 days overdue.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice. For hourly services, you will be billed for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused hours or completed work. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of Turintel.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

We are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. All information you share with us, including business data, client lists, and personal information ("Confidential Information"), will be held in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose your Confidential Information to any third party without your prior written consent. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your protection.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the quality and timeliness of our Services, you agree to provide clear, detailed instructions for all tasks and to make yourself available to answer questions. You are responsible for reviewing all work and providing feedback in a timely manner. Turintel is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of clear instruction or timely feedback from the client.

6. Non-Solicitation

You agree that during the term of our service agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of our relationship for any reason, you shall not directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any virtual assistant provided by Turintel as an employee, independent contractor, or otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services during the one (1) month period prior to any cause of action arising. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our Services.

8. Errors and Omissions

We strive for the highest level of accuracy in all our work. However, we cannot guarantee that our work will be completely free of errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to review all work products for accuracy and completeness before final use. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from any errors or omissions in the work product we deliver.
